Do you have any unique methods of leading?: [/b][/i]I know how to effectively manage squads of people and train people while making them feel like they can accomplish whatever task their assigned (while having fun which is what keeps players coming back) I can make good judgments on people like promotions and demotions based on how they conduct themselves inside of the site. (Canonically): [/b][/i]SCP 265 - The Spooky Car that Drives Itself, SCP 1911 - Literally Just Grandma, SCP 2668 - Robotic Romans, SCP 2790 - The Lonely Squid, SCP 2856 - A Weird Warehouse, SCP 3663 - The Box Man, SCP 4856 - The Time Traveler [i][b]Where is the Site located?: [/b][/i]Germany [i][b]What was its atmosphere like? More simply put, how were the staff there?: [/b][/i]The atmosphere I'd imagine would be inconsistent with different personnel, but for security they can't afford to be scared, or cripple to fear, so I'd say it's a tense one but one that is their duty. The Foundation puts these people in high-risk situations so I suppose that the pay would compensate for possible harm of any magnitude, so it's a tense one but not one where you fear for your life all the time. The people I'd say are one employed by the Foundation itself, the Foundation finds you, not the other way around, so they have to be the best of the best, the people that work there would keep a professional attitude, creating a nice place to work  [i][b]What was Security like at the Site? Lightly-armed, heavily-armed? Not in active use?: [/b][/i]Site-54 is heavily-armed, it is also known as the most prepared currently active site, on account for the fact that if the shit hits the fan, it will be [b][i]VERY [/i][/b]messy, sorry for the metaphor [i][b]How did the Site go about containing SCPs? Simply? In an advanced nature?: [/b][/i]Well simply, they do whatever protocol is in place to make the anomaly return to the containment area. In more advanced terms, the way they go about recontaining the SCPs is very serious in nature, the anomalies on site are partially uncontainable, partially due to the fact that most of the things are stuck in a certain area in which they manifest (3663), while others are just sort of, there (2856)
